LOTE

At Herne Hill Primary School, our LOTE language is Italian. In our classrooms we teach and provide Italian language and cultural experiences each week across all learning areas (foundation to grade 6).   Italian language and culture is also celebrated through specialist programs, especially during our annual Italian week celebrations. 

Literacy Support Program

Herne Hill provides two specialised literacy programs for selected students. The Oral Language Support Program operates with a selection of children from Grades Prep-2.
